Incredibly undescribable week. No lengthy post.

Is it? Ehmmm….

Vesak Day holiday is just around the corner and I kept thinking of the extended weekend. But previous week was really not a week I very much enjoy. I was sick on Tuesday *tat means MC* back to work on Wednesday. tried going to work on Thursday. By lunch time, the cough was bothering me and I began to get chill and feverish sorta feeling. My stop at lunch wasn’t the usual TLH Chicken Rice but to the nearby clinic. Got 1+0.5 days MC. So instead of just Monday holiday. I had a head-start from Thursday alllll the way to Monday. One heck of a long weekend. But Thursday and Friday I was totally high with cough mixture. I basically eat porridge with salted egg for lunch and dinner. Skipped breakfast. And cough syrup became my best buddy. And loads of sleep. Weekend was Mothers’ Day celebration at Furama with Ziana Zain. Had a wedding on Sunday where I bump into Art Fazil *i tot he was all the while in London*, last minute plan, Eve wanted to watch P.Ramlee the musical so we book tickets and head to Esplanade. Had tot of going earlier on but didn’t happen. So the last minute thingy worked. Not bad at all. Liza Hanim was splendid so was Atilia. The rest was ok. Of coz P.Ramlee being played by Musly Ramlee was as good as he can be. Not sure how he is as compared to Sean Ghazi. And now here I am now hijacking Eve’s notebook thrashing what I felt like to thrash. Another day left, the real public holiday, long day tomorrow. On top of that, Yayi’s health is not quite well also. Kinda worrying  but I guess with old age, other complications and health conditions is just unavoidable. Mum’s surgery is also on the way. So many things in the head.

I’ve completed BONES Season 2. And somehow the desire to watch MADE OF HONOUR is some sort of a challenge. F4, are you guys up to it this week? Let me know.

Ok. I’m done. One more holiday and no more for the longest time.

*Yawn* *cough* *cough* *cough* *cough* *cough*

The cough bothers me throughout mother’s day high tea, and all thru the p.ramlee musical…..*sigh*

This few items are in my head, bugging me so that I buy them…but ain’t got the ka-chings yet. I’ve been toying with the idea for abt a month now.

The Wishlist, or more like ITCH-LIST….coz I’ve been having this itch to buy them….*sigh*..howwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

1. Suzuki SX4  *And I don’t mean the toy car* COE dropped a fair bit but petrol are so freaking expensive and this car is one which is with 50-litre tank….*faint* full tank would cost me abt $100/week…mad isn’t it.

BUT THEN…..with a a tiny bit more thousand bucks, it can look like this…..


 

1. HTC phone with WIFI *singtel ran out of HTC Touch, and HTC Dual Touch got no WIFI*
2. iPod iTouch *coz got WIFI also but its not a phone – duh! *
3. Upgrade my connection at home to a wireless one *this one a bit tricky..ehmmmm*

If i let the craze simmer down a bit, I probably save a lot of $$$$, but the thought lingers…*thinking…thinkingggggggg*

IronMan rocks! All of a sudden, Robert Downey Jr looks kinda cool in that movie, being the brilliant billionaire. Power + $$$ sure can make a hell of lot of things. But like one guy said, He got everything but he has nothing.

If you haven’t catch it, go! Now! If you have, did you wait until the Credits finished? u didn’t? Too bad, coz you SHOULD! If you can be bothered, then forget it! Hahaha….

Next in line, Ayat-Ayat Cinta, Made of Honour, Sex And the City – The Movie, Narnia, InDIANA Jones….seems a lot while I complain that movie is becoming to expensive. I have to constrain myself to watching movie on Wednesday night *sneek peak* BECAUSE -

1. It is cheaper by a lot, only $7.50 instead of $9.50 (save $2)

2. With HSBC card, again, cheaper by another $1. So tats only $6.50

3. Sneak preview, USUALLY or maybe ALWAYS, starts on time, instead of the 10-15 minutes advertisement that seems really too long for me.

So that ought to be enough reason to go movies despite of the prices hike. After tat tiny saving, then we can get ourself a huge hotdog bun

Day 1 – A Nite With Anuar Zain, 2 May 2008

Glitz and Glamour in KL over the weekend. I had a splendid time spent with my KL gangs chilling, eating, taking loads of pictures and having numerous cups of teh-tarik, nescafe-tarik, ice lemon teas and what-nots. One moment we are the average adult, the next minute we are trying to dress-to-impress at red carpets , blue carpets….my goodness it was fun fun fun! A nite with Anuar Zain was quite a show. AIM was also quite something I would say. If only I’ve got $$$-a-plenty, I have this idea in mind I really wish I could accomplished…. I really mean plenty…of “ka chings”….any sponsors? I have not given up yet…coz if there is will, there will be ways to do it….nothing is impossible, especially if HE permits it.

While in KL, I forgot all about work, all about the matters bugging me all the while and had a real good break! Well tat’s what a break is all about. Except that the air-con of the coach we are in broke down half way back from KL. I tot the sun was scotching hot and almost cook us in the bus. But no, the aircon really broke down. Francis (fav driver) was cool but profusely perspiring coz not many passengers really make a big fuss over it. We get to board another bus but have to sit at the lounge area. Tat’s the only downside. To prevent ‘Merlion-ing’, I sleep almost immediately when the bus began moving. Everything else was fine. Come Monday, I was not working still thanks to the cramps that was really, really bad. I woke up at 7AM just to sms my boss that I’m taking the day off. I only got off bed 12 hours later to freshen up ..and hitting the sack yet again at 11pm….ain’t that something. I’m still partly zombified today but managed to do some work. Tomorrow I hope I can start full steam ahead with pending task at hand.

So that’s my MAY! Its only 1st week, i pretty much have plans for the entire month already.
