Ahha!…first blog entry for 2007. It 4 days into my week break before starting a whole new year in a new job. I’m not thinking much abt the job though ‘cuz you’ll only know abt it when you get your feet in it. So shall not touch on tat. Wait till monday come…big day 15 January 2007.
Gone to VivoCity today to catch Blood Diamond. Action-packed, NC16, a lil’ sad coz Leo aka ‘Danny Archer’ died in the end for a good cause…So ok, accepting the ending as-is…though i just hate it when the hero is lost.Before movie - we had BK for dinner, window shop at the huge bookstore, stop by for coffee at my all-time-favourite, Starbucks. Then off we go the cineplex. We managed to catch a glimpse of THE SWEDISH SHIP, Gotheborg. Nice, I believe for a fee we get a tour of the internal but we passed on that. It will be at Harbour Front for the first 2 weeks of January before it sail to another country.
Back to the list of things to do by this week…
- get a new wardrobe – [checked!]
- throw unwanted belongings/clothes/books/etc etc
- clean up room
- paint room [neh! chg my mind!]
- fix pc [1 down...i more to go]
- get new shoes for work…and for leisure wear [checked!]
- send mum for check-up on Friday
- help uncle SDK on Saturday
- go for friend’s wedding on Sunday
- get ready for work on Monday
OK pretty much it. Just woke up not long ago….gonna freshen up and out i go…
